DEPOK, POSKOTA.CO.ID – Polsek Sukmajaya mencegat pemotor nakal yang berkendara lawan arah di Jalan Raya Bogor KM 35 (Simpangan Depok), Kelurahan Sukamaju, Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Kota Depok.
Kanit Lantas Polsek Sukmajaya, Iptu Jumpa mengatakan, para pemotor beraksi saat jam pulang kantor saat petang. Mereka menghindari kemacetan, karena lampu merah.
“Tiap hari anggota diturunkan sebanyak 3 personil dibawah pimpinan Kanit Lantas untuk melakukan penjagaan antisipasi kemacetan dan lawan aras pemotor di Simpangan Depok,” kata Jumpa kepada Poskota, Senin, 20 Juli 2026.
Ia menyebutkan, pengendara mengambil sisi paling kanan saat melawan arah.

“Cukup berbahaya pemotor dari arah Depok menuju Bogor, pada melawan arah ambil sisi jalur berlawanan hanya untuk mengambil supaya tidak terkena macet,” ujarnya.
Menurut Jumpa, aksi nekat itu bisa berujung kecelakaan lalu lintas yang menyebabkan korban.
“Sudah ada timbul kecelakaan akibat lawan arus ini,” ucapnya.
Oleh karena itu, para pengendara diminta taat berlalu lintas supaya terhindar dari tilang dan kecelakaan di jalan.

“Sadar berlalu lintas ditanamkan sejak dini bertujuan menekan angka kecelakaan di jalan,” tuturnya.
